Rebecca has worked in education since 2008 and brings extensive experience across SEND, inclusion and educational leadership.

She began her career as a teaching assistant before training as an English teacher and later becoming a SENCo. Rebecca has since held a range of senior leadership roles, including Assistant Head and SENCo in a mainstream secondary school, Deputy Head in an all-through special school and Head of SEND for a Local Authority.

Rebecca holds the NASENCO qualification, a Level 7 PGCE in Dyslexia, and National Professional Qualifications in both Senior Leadership and Headship. More recently, she has worked as a SEND consultant and reviewer, supporting schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, specialist provisions and Local Authorities.

Rebecca is passionate about improving outcomes and raising aspirations for children and young people with SEND, ensuring the experiences of children and families remain at the heart of her work.
