Emily Walker

Director of LEARN / Whole School SEND Regional LEAD

Emily Walker has over 20 years of experience in education, holding both teaching and leadership roles in mainstream and special schools. Since 2018, she has been the Director of LEARN SEND Hub, and serves as the Regional Lead for EMSYH for Whole School SEND. Emily regularly speaks at conferences on SEND and is passionate about supporting all pupils to reach their full potential.
Sarah Robertson

Deputy Director of LEARN / ECT Lead

Sarah has worked in education for the last 16 years in a number of different roles and settings. She has previously worked in primary and secondary settings as a teacher.

Jacqui Fulcher

SEND Lead Practitioner

Jacqui has worked in education for 23 years, having taught in a mixture of mainstream primary schools in various locations and roles, from teaching assistant to teacher through to Deputy Head.
Alison Redfern

SEND Lead Practitioner

Alison Redfern has dedicated her career to special educational needs, gaining experience in Post-16 settings, mainstream secondary schools, and special schools. She has taught across the four key stages, with a particular focus on Key Stage 4 and GCSE teaching.
Jemma Thompson

SEND Lead Practitioner

Jemma has over 10 years experience working in schools in a range of roles including teaching assistant, SENDCo and assistant head. She has worked in mainstream secondaries teaching English across key stages 3, 4 and 5.
Megan Wallis

SEND Lead Practitioner

Megan has worked in primary education for the last 15 years, working in mainstream primary in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. She has spent the last 11 years working as a SENDCo in various different mainstream primary schools.

Emma Brewer

Finance Manager & HR

Joining us in 2022, from a role in her family business as Finance Manager, Emma now drives the financial and HR administration departments part-time.
Kelly Walker

Project Manager

At LEARN, Kelly is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and will be stakeholders first port of a call with any queries.
Melanie Macdonald

Office Manager

As Office Manager, Mel plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Hub, supporting both colleagues and customers and helping to deliver an efficient and welcoming service.
